I’m totally stealing this from a YouTube comment I read but it’s so wild to see how his pace just got faster and faster all season long.
Really gets the hopes up for what he can do across an entire season next year playing like he did for the back quarter of this season.

I love that he can score in different ways. Deflect, shot, greasy rebounds. Writers slap one timer he can mixe them up no problem

Really wanted to watch and like this video, but the editing is so bad. The multiple changes of angles and zoom-ins where we barely see the other players does a disservice to the purpose of the video.
That out of the way, being able to score in multiple ways from various distances is a good predictor of sustainability.

You can really see how in the latter half of the season he started to trust his shot more. Still gets the net front goals but definitely more variety.

Start of the season: November, Sean Monahan, etc.
End of the season: tons of goals in April, Hat trick, Lane Hutson.
