  1. Whenever I hear him talking about this I think of the run two years ago where he played on one leg and was fantastic.

  2. The Canuks have a big heavy Team, they play a tight game, Players with Leons style will get hit a lot this series….step up or step back. Leon is a Career Playoff Superstar and nothing short of an amputation will stop him from playing. The Tub cant hold water if the Plug is leaky, it is what it is.

  3. I'll speak for Leon! The whole team is glad we are not Ottawa and hired TRAVIS GREEN
    Pass the SALT

  4. LOL…@ the media…. Drai doesn't answer the question the first time, so they find an OBVIOUS way to ask him the exact same thing slightly differently… Like, what does anyone expect him to say? "YES, I hurt my lower back and fractured one and a half ribs and the third finger on my left hand has a slight sprain, but I'm good to go."

  5. Canucks have a total of 3 Canadians on their roster
Oilers have a total of 3 non Canadians on their roster (4 if you count Ryan)
And the 2 main non Canadians on the Oilers, Leon and Ek, are almost Canadian in the way they play
Fairly comfortable saying the Oilers take this series 😉👍

  6. Dunno why I keep watching NHL or any pro sports interviews post or pre games. ITS basically SAME stuff they say…."yep leave it at that" or "yep see how it goes" or all positive praise for any players on their team or on the other teams. SAME questions from the reporters also. "How do you get ready? What has to be done? What has to be done better next time? Some Qs of team mates some q's of other team and players. List goes on insane
