Maybe, and hear me out here for just a second, maybe don't produce only 2 shots on goal in the third period….
Even as a Panthers fan, I don't understand how that wasn't goalie interference on Bennett. The officiating has just been bad in the playoffs
Glad to see that the leafs complaints are now being duplicated in Boston.
My guess as to why they called it a goal is either because they believed that hit wasn't hard enough to cause that fall or they believed that the goal wouldn't of been effected if the cross check didn't happen. That's my best guess. People were mad at the refs during the second Rangers game, that gave them a power play over a small crosscheck kinda like that (only he had the puck)

I’m not sure how much talent Bruins will be able to bring in the offseason. But team chemistry counts for a lot in the playoffs and there has been a lot of roster turnover the last few years. So I have a hard time believing adding a couple of free agents is gonna translate into deep playoff runs. You gotta knock on the door a few years in a row with almost the same group of guys to get far.

Not just this series either , league has to take along look at the consistency of officiating . It can become a slugfest QUICK when players feel they need to cover each others asses !

There are new videos surfacing showing the front of everything clearly! Bennett is a scumbag and the new video only further proved that. Florida is known to be DIRTY! No matter the sport! It was pretty evident going in to the series that neither Boston nor Toronto could match the talent on the Panthers team, The league should have disallowed the goal for its own credibility if nothing else… Going to be interesting to see how the Rangers fans handle this kind a crap in the next round 😂

As a Bruins fan I recognize that the Panthers are built better for the post season.
However the league let Florida operate this style of play last year too for whatever reason (Bennet's punch for ex)
Then they got absolutely crushed in the finals because it's ultimately not how they want teams to play on their biggest stage. It doesn't make sense.
If the hit on Reinhart to open the game wasn’t interference then the hit on Tkachuk by Lindholm wasn’t. Refs need to set the tone as to what is and what is not a penalty and be consistent! they’re not!! Did the Bruins get hosed yes! But bottom line is they have only deserved to win 3 games all playoffs! They got lucky against Toronto and haven’t had one good game yet this series! Complain all you want about refs. Games shouldn’t be decided by one play. Their philosophy of quality instead of quantity shots needs to change!!! Get the puck to the net and create chaos! They are getting out hit, out hustled, out shot and out played! They’re better than what they’ve shown but they need to show it!

Of course it's rigged…are there people that don't know this already??? 22-9 Power Plays even though it is inarguable that the Panthers are the dirtier team making dirtier hits. Bennett punching Marchand in the face while holding the butt end of the stick is typically a 5-10 game suspension after a Major & Match Penalty in any other case. Bennett's goalie interference was clear cut without any possible argument by anyone who has ever watched a hockey game in their life. Lauko's goalie interference could only EVER be called if they also called the hold on Florida's dman. And honestly…Lauko's penalty shouldn't have even been called BECAUSE OF the hold. It's obvious and people make themselves look like idiots for pretending facts aren't facts. And it is a FACT, not an opinion, that the NHL is handing this series to Florida REGARDLESS of how each team plays in the series.
Like #bentley5554 states the Peewee Bruins are getting manhandled/outplayed in many ways. Lack of disciple (penalties) Having 6-7 shots a period for the past 3-4 games won't win you games. Not a Swayman issue it's a team issue not playing as they should. From someone that has watched sports many years… Sports are fixed it's easy to see lots of money being put in it (gambled etc..)
Hard to watch the playoffs and not think the NHL is learning from the NFL.
