  1. Cole has been brutal and needs to be scratched next game. Officiating was brutal, but the Canucks did what the Oilers did in game 1, and that was stop playing in the 3rd period.

  2. His last name is pronounced "shilos*… just a heads-up….Looked like the Canucks stepped off the gas pedal in the third period…Time to move onto game three.

  3. One lucky bounce from Cole made a difference in this game ) Skinner SV % = .842 in game 2, game , in game 1 it was = .792 bad and very bad

The Oilers have one good line with McDavid and some good players, and it's not their goalie SkinneršŸ˜‚ or the $9 million Nurse.šŸ¤‘

    statistics don't lie: overpaid lazy Nurse during regular season had only ( + 3 ) compare to Ekholm ( + 44 ), postseason Nurse ( – 5 ), Ekholm ( + 4 )

  4. When I saw the goal happen and realized Ian Cole was directly responsible I could not stop laughing cuz I knew I was gonna get a great new video of you Roasting him for itšŸ˜‚

  5. Edmonton absolutely DOMINATED. The expected goals share looks more like 5-1. And Vancouver was lucky last game to come back from 4-1 down. Now back to the madhouse in Oil City and they now have home ice advantage for the rest of the series. Goodnight, Irene.

  6. I thought the Canucks were playing fairly well, but they just got physically mugged and Sutherland let it happen. Canucks 0/8/1 when Sutherlan refs. get me out

  7. Ian Cole and Canucks big and slow defense can't keep up with the speedy Oilers. Even if they manage to fluke out and win series. Colorado licking their chops cause that Big slow defemse is a issue

  8. ā€œWhy am I bleeding?ā€ ā€œWhy am I bleeding?ā€ The audacity to make him leave the ice after the noncall is astonishing.

  9. Will there be a bet for Ian Cole to assist or score on his own team on Sport betting for next game because I want to put my life savings on it.šŸ˜‚

  10. This game felt like the opposite of the first game to me. Oilers fell apart in game 1 in the last part of the second and third periods while Canucks picked up. Canucks fell apart in the third period of the second game (though not as bad as the oilers did in game 1) while the oilers picked up.

  11. The oil will win 2 or 3 games guys. But u know the nucks will prevailšŸ˜…šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜…šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜…šŸ˜Š

  12. I love it. The script completely changed.. game 1 was oilers doing nothing the final 30 minutes to hand feed the canucks game 1. Oilers play 60 minutes this time and relentless prssure causes canucks to give us the overtime goal.

  13. Obviously most of the people here wouldn't have even been an oyster in their parents' dinner at that time, but that reminded me of Steve Smith in '86 (when I was 4) putting the puck in his own net and costing the Oilers 5 straight Stanley Cups in the 80s. Smith was an excellent defensive defenseman. So is Ian Cole. These things happen. Demanding Cole be scratched for Game 3 is as silly as saying the Oilers should have scratched McDavid and Draisaitl after Game 1. These things happen. In the playoffs, you always go with the veterans who have done it before. Cole can still play defense at a high level. But if the 1986 Oilers had been able to score after that with Wayne and Co and if the Canucks could have gotten a clutch goal from Miller, Pettersson, Boeser or Hughes, it's a moot point. The game was still winnable in regulation. You're going to get bad bounces in hockey.

  14. Why is Cole even out on the ice against the McDavid line in the first place? Tocchet got out-coached as badly as the Canucks got outplayed in that game. He doesnā€™t make any line combination changes to adjust, or use line matchups against the top line. The team got dominated as a result, but he said heā€™s sticking with things basically as they are. If thatā€™s his mindset the Canucks are getting reverse swept

  15. The Oilers have two Coles of their own with Nurse and Ceci so I think it more than evens out lol
