[Seravalli] Sounds like Craig Berube is scheduled to be in Winnipeg today to interview with #gojetsgo. After significant time spent with #LeafsForever, #njdevils and #goSENSgo, he is the most in-demand coach this hiring cycle. Could he steer #nhljets away from Scott Arniel?

Ah the old drag another mill from MLSE approach

  2. What’s his appeal? If Binnington didn’t go on a heater, they wouldn’t have won. I’d still take him over McClellan, but why not take your time? What about Boudreau? Gallant?

  3. I believe it is him doing due diligence. It’s not like the Leafs are the only team in the league interested in hiring him

If the Leafs don’t get their guy, I’m happy to do the job for a year, for free. I will guarantee the players are excited about whoever replaces me, and thus motivated to perform.

  5. Why doesn’t MLSE just hire us arm chair Reddit coaches we obviously know better than every coach ever. We can do the job for free we already do.

Wait until he finds out there’s no airport in Winnipeg and he has to take a dogsled to the interview.

Only thing that worries me is Berube is from out west. Choosing the Jets would mean he’d be closer to home.

Unemployed man interviews for several positions.
