As a habs fan I'm always open to adding more depth scoring. Giving him a one year deal to see what he can do never hurts.
Red Wings. No thank you.
Sure why not
47 points in 62 games is a khl star now? Especially when his second best year (last year) he had 25 points in 62 games. That's not close to Panarin or Radulov who were legit khl star.
KHL hockey level it’s literally the same level or slightly worse than the AHL they really need to be cautious with this player
Kent Hughes is smarter than EF.
We've seen it work in the past with less notable player that became good role players for teams. If the term isn't long I dont see how it could hurt to test a player like this with potential
There can be no bidding war,as he has to sign the standard ELC for one year.
I hope MTL does not overpay… I feel he could be a modern day Radulov. And like Radulov, will be in and out of the league
Another Nikushkin, Galchenyuk straight to rehab
I'm so used to hearing Russian/European players associated with MTL… to the point where at this point I just assume they are using it to get a better deal.Apparently MTL always loses at the finish line.
To me, it's hard to imagine why these guys would look at MTL as a good destination. They have a hole in their lineup, sure, you'll get an opportunity… But they are far from winning, and at 25, you're probably closer to the end of your career than the start…. I guess maybe they view the team as a potential springboard to better things?
