Hitting the post means the goalie cut the angle down, that’s still goaltending. Also, even if 95% of the puck crosses the red line but 5% sits on the red line – it’s not a goal. Puck has to completely cross the line, KNOBlauch.

Love the Canucks rolling 4 lines while Oilers keep racking up the same 1.2547 lines. It will pay if the Canucks move on, it will hurt Edmonton if they take the series
42 saves is 42 saves Leon. Last time I checked, posts don’t count as a shot on net(fact) and the oilers hitting the posts is more bad aim on their behalf, than bad play by Silovs. This is an entitled superstar with a poor attitude. Where is the captains interview?
Oilers are in trouble. This is the best they can do and it's still not enough to beat the Canucks. Even in game 2 in which they badly outplayed the Canucks in the 3rd, they needed overtime to win. Oilers have two top players, no depth, shoddy defense, and mediocre goaltending. The are not a Stanley Cup contender and are very much a beatable team. If Oilers lose Game 4, it will be Canucks in 5.
They were held to the outside and crybaby Draisaitl couldn't beat Silovs in ALONE twice. Enjoy your shots from below the red line pussy! Now they're going to get chippy and unleash the cheap shots for game four. Edmonton isn't going to win a cup this year. Florida would DISMANTLE these guys.

Skinner is the problem, you can't keep playing catch up in the playoffs, maybe regular season but not in the playoffs
Anyone remember when you played road hockey and one team didn’t have a goalie, so they would just turn the net around? I honestly think that might result in less goals than putting Stuart Skinner in net right now.
The problem with this team is that we've got two guys that play 50% of the time. The Canucks flat out have better depth.

It’s clear the coach is a rookie in the NHL playoffs. Playing 2 players half the game is going to whip them out by game 5. They still can’t score 5 v 5 and their goaltending is still bad.
We always knew Canucks are better 5v5. Oilers are power play specialists. Skinner has been awful this series. Oilers need to play Pickard next game. Bring in Carrick next game and play physical. We need Kane or Perry to do their thing in front of the net to create havoc to beat a hot goaltender. If Oil go down 3-1 then it’s pretty much over here. Next game we need to come out banging and crashing the net and play a full 60. Oilers are literally the most bipolar team in the nhl. One night they are asleep during the game or they come out guns blazing.
Vancouver is a good team so it's tough winning and if you got the refs in your favor you got even a better chance. Bench minor on the zudorov hit goalie holding the stick so the oiler player can't score. Same thing last year against the knights oilers get called for the smallest things. Hate whining about the refs but watch the whole game not just the highlights refs suck

Edmonton Spoilers need more then a goalie, they need a real team as Connor McDudd and Leon DRYcycle only play when there left unforchecked like a pair a 12 year old ballerina skaters at a birthday party. Put the heat on them and the team is average at best.

Silovs battles hard leading Vancouver to a lead in the series. Canucks know how to win hockey games. Trade deadline acquisitions paying dividends. Both teams haven't brought their A game…could be 3-0 for both teams. Good entertaining series. These teams/fans dont like each other.
Oilers secondary scoring needs to improve. Hard to get going playing less than 10 min a night.
Skinner needs to bounce back or this series all but over.
Knobluach is in way over his head. You can’t trot out McDavid, Draisaitl and Hyman for 30 minutes a night and have your depth guys playing 6 minutes lol. A forward playing literally half the game without even going to OT is insane. Most top d pairings don’t crack 25 a night in properly constructed rosters. Chasing the game by burning out your stars is not the way you’re going to go to a cup, even if it can limp you through this round.
Canucks best players: Boeser, Zadorov and Silovs. Oiler's best: McDavid, Draisaitl and Ian Cole.
A post is not even registered a a shot on goal. And he may have forgotten that the Canucks hit the crossbar late in game 2, a missed opportunity that would have won them that game, instead of going to OT and scoring an own goal.
