Team needs youth n speed
Buffalo has missed 11 straight seasons.
Never been a big fan of Lou, so I stopped following the isles since he’s been hired. Lou is brutally overrated IMO. But I don’t think that they need a rebuild by any means. They have some pretty good pieces but yea like everyone says…u need speed and skill.

They need offense. They should go after fiala this offseason
Isles main need to upgrade the top six. You can't have two top six forwards-bailey and beau-with just 11 and 12 goals. they need to go. And its time to figure out barzal who will be looking for $10 mill. soon. not worth it for 50+ pts. Is barzal hampered by not having a legit scorer on his line? Or is barzal not capable of making linemates better? If its the latter then maybe its time to move barzal to fill other holes. Also need another top four d man. And dream on…NO isles wont get gaudreau, forsberg, or any other top ufa. If isles can upgrade offense that can score 3 goals per game than they will be alright with the d they can play plus the goaltending. Also could move varly for help in off-season with sorokin the top guy now to a team in need of goal upgrade and just $5 mil. left after this season. It will never happen but i would do a wahlstrom, wilde, second for laine, third type of deal. wahlstrom. beau and wally are expendible for scorer/top six upgrade.
