He loves the challenge… But doesn't he doens't have the heart to play… Over rated and sorry i dont feel sorry for him:( Never ever wanted him on our team to be honest… The Sedins took soo much punishment, but they got up and never got knocked down so easy like this feather weight… He def shouldnt be any kind of captain… U guys put this guy on a pedastal… I dont think he's a top 20,,, He only looks awesome against teams like SJ, Arizona, Chicago and CBJ… When E40 plays against those teams he looks like Gretzky… But when he goes up against real stars he flops around like a little child… I hope next season they trade him he aint Tocchet kind of guy at all… Trade him for Brady please!!! 💯💯🙏🙏🙌🙌

I’ve always found it funny when hockey players are asked about the game, cause really, there’s only so many answers available. We’ve got to press harder and create more scoring opportunities. We’ve got to beat them in the corners. Our defence is lacking so we’ve got to work on that. We have to skate for the full sixty minutes. I actually have a tip that might just work; don’t do anything to cause a penalty!! Every game we lose is because someone did something dumb, took a penalty, they score, and we’re now down. It happens over and over and over. I sit there thinking “am I in the fu*&$ing twilight zone? Do these guys NOT understand that if they DIDN’T take that penalty, we wouldn’t be down a goal? Does a guy REALLY need to cross check a guy across the head? Maybe I’m wrong, but I’d bet that if we didn’t take a penalty the next game we would more than likely win.
He's sick, but adrenaline should kick in! Unless he's way wicked sick. The body just doesn't cooperate. Bad timing, season could end soon:/ Canucks can do this, but the entire team must play possessed now!

This deadpan dry interview wasn’t worth the time. If he can’t get excited about the Stanley Cup Playoffs then at least he could get excited about his $11, 000,000 plus contract extension. Now if he doesn’t pick up his play then he’s impossible to trade. All I can say is Pettersen better get his head out of his ass! The only thing I will give him is that a he needs someone to play with. Can’t keep saddling him with 4th liners.
