Perfect response from the panthers tonight
Boston was throwing temper tantrums the entire last 10 minutes of the game. They pulled Swayman when he wasn't the reason they were losing. They were too busy trying to land cheap shots in the 3rd to play defense (see McAvoy's miss on Montour's shorty). We are absolutely EXPLOITING McAvoy's weakness like I said we need to. If Montgomery starts Ullmark on Friday- EVERYBODY knows it's because he's panicking. That could be BAD news for Boston.

This is win 5/16, if we’re on the path to win the cup. We’ve got to keep in mind that despite the score being 6-1, we’re still tied 1-1 against Boston, and we’ve only won 5/16.

3 more to go. I do want to shout out E-Rod and the 4th line for bringing the energy up even down 1-0. Very underrated and they should get there flowers for doing that

Swayman came into this game grinning way too much. The Panthers wiped that smirk off his face.
I dont want to hear any bitching from Bruin's fans about Chucky hitting on the way down when ESPN was literally showcasing the highlight of Erod taking 3 elbows to the back of the head.
This is one of those games where you really appreciate the way Jaws reviews the game between periods instead of all after lol. Insane game.

I love to see the Barky, Tarasenko, and Rhino line back together. One thing that is very obvious from these two games is that Swayman is not the second coming of Patty Roy. Get guys in front of the net and make it hard on him and he can be scored on. No more stupid turnovers in our D Zone and Bob will give us a shot to win. Also, I want my 4th line back. No offense to Okposo but I want Stenlund, Lomborghini, and Gadjo back together. They wont let Boston pull the shenanigans they did late in that game. #GOCATSGO
Generally, I'm happy when Jaws is happy. I'm giddy when Jaws is giddy. I'm ecstatic when Jaws is ecstatic. That's all I've got to say for now.
Great bounce back game…after the lines were set back to normal. Gotta give credit to the 4th lines tenacity,really dig okposo and hes gonna get a goal any time now. Lorentz getting a pretty deflection goal,nice. On to game 3,dont get cocky. Just go play cats hockey. Go Cats

Swayman was overdue for regression. We all know this is gonna be a tough series. The Bruins have the extra jump for the revenge angle.
lets not forget it's 1-1 and the next 2 games are inTD garden.

I was at both game 1 and 2. Shows how good we can be when we play the right way. Let’s win three in a row. SWAYYYANNNN SWAAAYYYYMANNNNNN SWAYYYYMANNNN
I’m a big lomberg fan. Love the energy he brings. But there’s just no spot for him right now. Okposo, Lorentz and Cousins are all more skilled players. What they lack in Lomberg’s energy, they make up for with that skill. 4th line has simply been better without him. I will actually be sad to see Lorentz sat once Bennett comes back. Because he plays some really great hockey, and has been for us in these playoffs. But at the end of the day this kind of depth is a good thing.
Maybe Lomberg isn't 100 % still from being sick
Bruins fans complaining over Tkachuk’s style of play must be the definition of irony as long as they have the Rat on their roster.
How about that Lorentz goal to get things started? My man…. Now lets see what happens when Bennett comes back. Also? Okposo is more talented than Lomberg – he's just not as fast.

I thought some pessimistic Panthers fans told me the series was over and I was even delusional for thinking we had a chance. 😏
Just gotta have Faith, but it is still gonna be a long series so pack the lunch. 6-7 games is what I expected.
Love how boston thinks their the top dog and when someone steps up to their level they start crying. Let's steal a game in Boston and end it before more of our guys get injured

This is what playoff hockey is all about. Fan bases on both sides are riled up, it's great. These teams are pretty evenly matched, different styles for sure. The B's played like they were happy just to get the split and get out of town. Not great IMO! I think Ullmark should have started game two. I'm sure it would have been the same result, the B's defense was non existant most of the game. Panthers are to good to only show up for 40 minutes. . Tomorrow night should be great.
Tarasenko is literally invisible. I rarely disagree with you this much but i was saying we better not sign him last few games.

I don’t think Lomberg ever sees the ice. I don’t want Okposo to get replaced, he is a very calming veteran presence who doesn’t make any mistakes. I feel very comfortable every time he step onto the ice. And you’re not taking Lorentz out right now no way in hell buddy. I think if Lomberg sees the ice it would be in a bad situation where we need some energy injected into to lineup. I love Lombo but there’s just no way we should be changing anything up right now unfortunately.
