Almighty mcjezuz lost that game over there by just cruising and not keeping his man. Thats his biggest flaw as a center, giving up plays in crucial times. That goal right there might cost them the series.

Elias Pettersson did not have his stick high (to be called) for that goal. His stick was below his shoulder or at the very most exactly level with his shoulders, which is not an illegal move. So even IF they were allowed to check high sticks, it wouldn't have been.
