    Oilers vs Rangers in the finals. Going to at least game 6.

    Oilers/Stars = Stars in 6

    Stars/Panthers = Panthers in 7

    Sounds crazy but I stand by my prediction.

    I’ll stick with my original bracket pick of Oilers over Rangers (though I’m not going to be shocked at all if Dallas is in the finals)

    I think we’ll see Dallas v NY in the finals, I think NYR takes it in 6 they’ve been a juggernaut in the playoffs this year

    Dallas / New York Rangers in 6 games. Kreider with O.T game winner.

    Dallas in 7, Rangers in 6

    The stars run 4 lines and the Oilers just can’t matchup to that – I have it as a 7 game series, just cause the Oilers seem to hunker down and be defensively sound when elimination is on the line. But you look at the goaltending matchup and that’s again in Dallas’s favour.

    Meanwhile the Rangers have arguably the best tender in the league and have so many guys that can score, I don’t see the Panthers as being able to take 4 games from them.

    That said, I’m not going to be surprised to see the Oilers and Panthers in the final, but those are my picks. And I’m a diehard Oilers fan.
