you’re only as good as the prospects that you can develop in a lot of ways right like it’s it’s it’s hard to go out and find free agents and a lot of times if you can develop those are the best teams so I get excited about seeing some of these kids and and their Poise already and yeah there maybe needs some more time marinating but it’s it’s it’s promising when you’re you’re trying to get to where you’re trying to go and know that okay these guys can help plug in at some point and um whether it’s next year or the year after it’s it’s it’s great to know that we have these kind of prospects coming and you you know it’s it excites me and you know and it pushes me to to make sure I’m doing my job and and and holding everyone accountable to to push this thing forward we we need to be a team that’s in the mix I can’t you know I’m not going to promise a playoffs next year but I’m I want us to be down to the wire if not I expect that from us we need to have meaningful games down the stretch and that’s how you improve as a as a team and as a core and and that’s how you build a core
