I think this is a case of looking on the bright side of things. Can't expect a player to come out and throw his teammates under the bus. They need a much better defensive effort going into next year. I don't know how much can be accomplished through free agency but I would actually think those dollars would go towards offense, flashy player who can light the lamp and keep the fans happy. Whoever takes the coaching position has a good deal of work to do. I'd thin the next guy will have two years to turn it around. Looking forward to guys coming up from the minors. I'd like to see Firkus get a few (if not more) games next year. Fingers crossed.
Definitely need to hear the scoop on possession from Tad. I’d assumed from the Win Loss record that KC was steamrolling Toledo but from the shot totals it sounds like Toledo might be getting goalied.
Regarding the Firebirds Id like to know how they maintain their determination through Bye Weeks and gaps between series. I heard there is a six day gap before their next series.
