Who is your favorite former Avs player still active in the league?

Mine would have to be Bo. Concussions suck but I hope he can become a very solid Top 4 D in buffalo 😕

I think we gotta go EJ right?? Recency bias but I miss big Z. Such a lovable menace

I completely understand why he left, but I loved how Kadri flourished in his time with the Avs.

  3. Rob Blake is up there too! (Technically still active in the league 😜)

  4. EJ. I’m so sad we didn’t offer him anything. Dude would have paid us to finish his career here.

Ryan O’Reilly hands down the best player in this thread.

No votes for Calvin Pickard eh? Sleeper pick?

It’s definitely Naz for me but I’m surprised no one mentioned Jimothy Timothy

Heres an unpopular one.. NAK. Literally dented the cup and got an iconic picture out of it 😂

Every Chel franchise I’ve started since NHL 18 or so has included JT Compher and Nikita Zadorov by default. If they’re not on the team when I start then they’re the first guys I go to pick up.

Either Kurt or Niki. Love those big strong defensemen. Wish we didn’t have to trade Kurt away this season but it definitely helped us out.

Ej, Darren helm, JT compher. I loved all of them. Thank god we got EJ a cup dude, he deserved that more than almost anyone. And his reaction with Nate after they won? That’s happiness beyond anyone thought possible. I miss him so much.

Zadorov and Kadri without question for me

I mean Kadri had the hattrick game in response to all the threats he received against STL and then came back from injury (wearing a Hulk mitt for a glove) to score the OT winner against Tampa in the SCF.

Anyone who doesn’t say him probably voted for Taylor Hall as MVP in 2018.
