Would you be saying the same things about the Canucks had they won game seven? I doubt it.
Trade for some picks and use those picks and some other assets to get a better winger.
It's the Tocchet system that destroys confidence. Any shot on goal must be perfect so players tend to pass endlessly rather than throw it at the net. Look for more players to be impacted by this very defensively minded coach.

maybe if Vancouver wants to unload a first round pick plus … just to get him off Vanc's payroll, like you said, his points only came at the beginning of the season.
I liked his defensive play. He's worth alot more than a 50 percent retained. I'd only take be 25 percent max.
the only way the canucks can keep most of the guys around is if he and cole leave. Trade a 2nd and 3rd if you have to.
Trade him for a 3rd and a 4th round pick, and call it a day.
