  1. Stuart Skinner played very well against the Stars in game 1 of the Western Conference Final, but has he done enough to convince fans this goalie battle with Oettinger is closer than it appears?

  2. Goalies are unpredictable than aything else in sports. They can go from cold to hot for a long stretche in just moments

  3. I know the oilers are good, I knew the oilers are good but im impressed still. Dallas played pretty bad but both teams will settle in and get better so let's goooo.
šŸ» cheers oiler fans and let's go stars!

  4. Their numbers were identical throughout the regular season, it shouldn't be a shock that they're actually not THAT far apart

  5. It's like you guys are finally waking up to what a fraud Oettinger is.

Did you JUST happen to peak at his career sv% against the soilers?

  6. Its crazy how quickly Canadian media over reacts. Oettinger has an 919% in the playoffs. Skinner has an 888% and was replaced by an AHL goalie he was playing so bad. Oettinger has a 917% career playoffs, Skinner has a 885% career playoff. You can bet on the fact that the oilers will probably lose due to goaltending. These guys shouldn't even be in the same sentence and im not a fan of either team.

  7. When Skinner gets hot for stretches he has looked as good as any goalie in the league at times, and bad news for Dallas is he looks like he's entering one of those stretches.

  8. If Connor shows up every night, it's over in 6. If Connor AND Skinner show up every night, it's over in 5.

  9. They even played against the refs, even when McDavid scored in double ot the refs were still trying to find a way to take that goal away. Its hard to play 5 against all the Zebras.

  10. At any given moment Skinner can drop the ball, he just does it, always has, always will…..Oilers to a man know it, Vegas knows it to.
