I mean it’s a different team than we we played first round um style um kind of sort of everything so um thought we for the most part we had a a pretty solid start um able to get the first goal which is always always big um but then yeah I don’t even know if it was take the foot off the gas but we just you know made some mistakes and probably weren’t as hard as we needed to be tonight and um they played well so um yeah just come back tomorrow and ready to go and uh look at it um look at at it all over and try to figure out how we can be better and come back and try to get a win on Wednesday how important was that goal for them with 20 seconds left in the in the second to make it a free one game um I mean yeah it was probably I mean it was a it was a big goal for them at a big time but you know they’re we score than they get one shortly after um that you know the the five minutes after many minutes after you you score you got to you got to try to keep that momentum as long as you can and try to get another one but just can’t can’t give one up there so um you know there’s some there are some mistakes out there with some some Puck play and some decision making but um no we’ll change that for next G was it their pressure that L the mistakes or were you guys just not not as sharp um probably probably a little bit of both they played really hard they played you know on you played fast um played a really good game and uh yeah we we probably just weren’t uh just weren’t as sharp as we needed to be Swan’s obviously on a bit of a heater right now just what are the challenges going against him and how do you feel about the the shot selection against him um I mean shot selection I I I’ll have to look at them all but I’m I think for the most part we um we had we had a couple good looks but um you know against you know some of the better goalies in the league like you got to get right in front of them we were off to the side and maybe looking for um plays back door maybe just putting our stick in front of them you got to stand right in front of them and um you know that’s what they did a bob that’s you know that’s how all the the good teams at this time of year have success is standing in front of the goalie so we got to get better at that that’s probably the number one thing we got to get better at was there anything that they were doing on their PK that made it especially hard for you guys to get set up toight and get into their Zone um no no not necessarily they’re they’re a very good PKA team especially in the playoffs but um you know we we had we had a couple looks but I’m probably just too slow tonight on the power play so something we got to figure out we had a couple breakdowns and you know I got to give them credit they played well game one’s always kind of a feeling out for both teams what do you guys learn from this game that may be going to you know help you out moving forward the rest of the series well it’s um you know you never want to dip your toe into a series but um you know they’re they’re coming off a seven game series they’re in a bit of a rhythm um and we had a week off but you know I thought this that they were they played well it seemed like they played their game plan and and were sharp and um you know we just had had a few too many breakdowns tonight and and they capitalized on them what led to those uh defensive breakdowns tonight I just think poor execution and you know we got to be we got to be a little bit quicker to to support each other and um you know they were on top of us they they were skating you know they were moving um and you know I just think that that we’re going to we’re going to clean some stuff up and and be better but um give them credit what do you guys have to do to get pass swayman uh shoot the puck I mean we got to get there got to get some traffic there and you know he’s obviously extremely confident right now he he just uh played six really solid games um seven if you include tonight and so um you know he’s definitely feeling it and and we have to do a better job of I know we had had some Volume tonight but I didn’t think that um you know a lot of our looks were were extremely dangerous so uh got to do a better job getting there they were early though right I mean the first 10 minutes of this game is all of these guys and then yeah they with it yeah I think that um you know we we did come out hard we came out U with a lot of adrenaline and um you know feeding off the crowd obviously and and we just weren’t able to to get one there to keep that momentum going and and they settled into their game and and started to they just started to execute better and better I think as the game went on and and um you know we just weren’t able to sustain that push they’re a good team so they’re going to push back and that’s what they did right after our goal they pushed back they got a couple goals and and we get we we get chasing a little bit and kind of kind of broke there uh Swan’s obviously on a nice run right now what’s going to take for you guys to maybe throw throw him off his game a little bit moving forward well we just got to work harder like not just offensively we got to work hard uh in all all parts and obviously getting to the net a little more and uh make his life uncomfortable a little more so but we we keep working feel like you guys show some more desperation in third and if so whether do you try to do continue that look the game two yeah we we had a lot of shots but uh they’re kind of he he saw saw most of them so uh obviously his good goalie he’s going to stop if he sees the puck so we need to work a little more more to the get get in front of him you guys start getting I guess frustrated d the right word as he’s making saves on opportunities that te like you guys should get the goal on no I mean like I said if he sees those FX he’s going to stop them and uh we just got to work a little harder and I don’t there’s no no frustration right there so we just got to keep working a little harder do you feel like you guys having the week off maybe let through some of the mistakes you made I know you started well did you seem like you just weren’t as sharp in your own end some the way you handle the it’s it’s tough to say like it’s just uh obviously like they’re they played really well so they they didn’t let us play make those like simple simple plays so they they stayed really hard on the puck and uh got couple turnovers there but I mean right now right now we’re in the series so was there anything that they were doing on when you guys were on the power play it looked like there was a little bit difficulty getting into the zone and getting your entries going yeah they they pressure really well they they have really good PK so we we just find a way learn a little more about them and find a way to to make plays [Music] oh
