Garland is our new Burrows.
Garland honestly is a lot like JT. When you think the Canucks are done he finds a way to make something happen. Iâve never seen a player work as hard so consistently as he does. He is a beauty.
Itâs upsetting that the Canucks went down the way they did with the players you absolutely needed in the lineup getting injured, but the resiliency of these guys was amazing.
The season was not a failure by any means. It was an absolute success.
Showed up every game and played his ass off!!! Resign him

Where was Petterson? 23 goals in regular season and 1 goal in playoffs we deserved to lose 6 of our guys where Mia and Dallas will beat Oilers next round they got lucky our 6 guys didn't show up
He played his guts out these playoffs. Some of the other big name canucks players were invisible the past 2 games

Canucks fans= Angry / bitter / cocky / entitled. Not all, but a ton that I ran into during the series. Go Oilers!!!!!!
If the whole team played like him we'd have much better odds
Ok guys. Demko was out almost the whole playoffs. Brock missed game 7. Petey only started to warm up during game 5 of this series. Our powerplay was average at best but honestly pretty horrible considering the talent on our first unit. I think we played solid defensive hockey and kept attacking players to the outside for the most part and got back into d-zone faster without blindly chasing pucks but the whole team didn't really play with an identity like stronger teams do.
If we can fix these issues and make a few trades in the offseason and build on our experience from this post-season we will be deadly. Tocc and co. are great so good things to come. See you all in October!
So many Canucks stepped up this season/playoffs but Garland is just a complete animal. He really got that dog in him.
On the bright side, it will be fun watching the Oilers get absoluuuutely smoked by Dallas.

Miller, Garland, Silovs, Boeser, and Hughes were our best players throughout the playoffs.
We were soooo close to getting rid of this guy. The best trade we never made.

Connor oour efforts are greatly appreciated. You never gave in. They wrote you off at the beginning of the year but we never did. Have a good vacation and come back firing to get the cup next year. I think you all know the effort it takes to do it. you are an example for consistency
