Yes, his head hits the player checking him, no shit that's the impact, your neck is not rigid by design. On something like this you are looking at the point of contact and body position, NOT injury. if we called everything that injured a player bad we wouldn't have sports period.

This was a clean hit, but Trouba just didn't have enough time & space to line up his usual dirty elbow to the head. He did it to Crosby, and he tried to do it Palat tonight. He's gotten away with a ridiculous amount of these all season long.
