  1. Rempes problem is he is big… sure thats a very slightly rough , but you could argue that 13 interfeared in the play. clearly dosnt have a play on the puck and gets in rempes way to tie him up both good plays imo. when 6'9" 240 meets 6' 195 this is what you get. this angle makes the rough look way worse and the clips starts late. when someone ties you up you dont just stand there and take it you make space and get them off of you.

  2. Somebody pointed this out in your previous comments, but Chara when breaking into the league was very awkward and much like this. As he grew into his body he became great. Rempe is young, he falls harder himself when he hits people and looks like he's driving a car he can't control, but as a non-Rangers fan (I don't dislike them), I really hope he improves and sticks around. If you wanna see a giant guy not knowing how to use his frame, watch Chara's fights when he entered the league vs a decade later. I know fighting isn't everything, but having that sturdy base and staying on your feet while spinning around is a good sign of things. Man is he effective though, I coached hockey in the past and having a team with nobody that people are worried about made it so frustrating. So many cheap shots knowing nothing would happen. Now when we had that goon kid who was 6'4 and had a full beard at 16, people were a lot nicer.

  3. He’s still learning it’s not easy checking at that size.He needs to not look to check unless the hit is there. He thinks he has to hit everything in sight.I love that style but the refs are up his ass.He also can play good hockey as well as hitting.

  4. Dont think the penalty on Rempe was a good call, Reinhart kinda just skates into the arms of Rempe and wraps the arm around himself and because Rempe is bigger and stronger he gets spun around while holding onto the arm. He did also set up a pretty good screen on the first goodrow goal.

  5. Pure clickbait garbage.

Whoever made this video, you should seriously consider commenting on other sports because it sounds like you don’t know hockey.

That Rempe penalty should’ve been called as interference against Florida, as Rempe was interfered with when he went to make a legitimate body check.

Even if the Rempe call was correct, he contributed to our second goal and it’s clear from the statistics that we are far more likely to win with him in the line-up.

To say that he shouldn’t play based solely on some penalties is pure insanity when it’s clear we perform so much better when he is playing. There are other players who have received more penalties and you don’t mention them, so it’s very clear that you are biased against Rempe and it tarnishes everything else you say.

  6. they cant take him out, for a few reasons – one being that now that vesey is out injured for who knows how long, and if they took rempe out they'd have to put wheeler in which may not be good for the team at this moment. second reason being that they didn't have him in game 1 and they were outplayed especially in the physicality aspect of the game, however when they put him in for game 2, they just played a much more physical game which was mostly because of rempe – he had 9 hits in only 10 minutes of ice time.

  7. I think he's just showing the Panthers, and especially guys like Bennett & Tkachuk that he can be a rat just like they are. I love it to perfectly honest. 💪🏻🤕

  8. I’m sorry that’s such an awful call on Rempe, this guy gets called for everything and anything. Beyond awful reffing in this rangers series.

  9. stupidest voice intonation on youtube 😀 im dyin laughing at you. go visit some vocal teacher

  10. the NHL has a problem, kid did nothing wrong. Its clear hes just a target which is stupid. Refs had made it clear they decide who wins on a nightly basis. Embarrassing officiating all around.

  11. Matt Rempe, like Arber Xhekaj, allows a few Rangers to play with more confidence. We call that the X factor. A player that makes other better players to play better always make the team roster.
