Realistic return for Necas should be for carolina top 4 D man, up and down roster winger + 1 round draft pick. Necas is valuable and carolina wants to be contender also next year. Merzlikin or Petry or draft picks just wont make sense. Ullmark doesnt also bcs carolina has Kochetkov coming up. Im sorry i dont see any of your trades happening.
Here is my pontential trade candidates for Necas. Utah, Anahaim, Chicago, Seatle. All of these teams would have cap to resing Necas aldo. He wants at least 7-8m per season, can be even 8,5-9,5m. Most of these teams u suggested dont have the capspace to resing Necas.
Utah or anahaim im most comfortable with. They want and need to make big trades for big names.

1st trade: Skjei's a UFA so his rights are worthless; Necas as RFA shouldn't be spent on a 1st and an old RHD, plus a LD when they already have Slavin and Orlov (who should get more time to perform better)
2nd: why the heck would Necas play C? also weird that Freddie gets swapped out for Ullmark when Kochetkov is probably going to be the guy, when Linus will himself cost $5 million
3rd: again, Necas is probably the best asset; why do they want all this depth? Pesce's rights are also worthless
4th: Walker is a UFA, Nuke's situation is tenuous, who's going to trade for that? Especially not for Necas
5th: LA MAY have the youthful prospects to make it work, I think this might be the only workable trade
6th: why do the Canes get Merzlikins??????? The youth MAY appeal but idk
7th: I'd do Hronek for Necas, but not wasting futures to trade for UFA rights which is just stupid
Also on 32 Thoughts Elliotte Friedman mentioned Kotkaniemi as a name that the Canucks could be looking at. Could open up the potential for a blockbuster deal.
Van receives: Necas, Kotkaniemi, UFA rights to Pesce
Carolina receives: Hronek, Mikheyev, 2025 2nd + pick or prospect.

Why would Carolina want any high draft picks in return? They are in a win NOW mode. Bad analysis imo. It's going to require good roster player going back as well.
