LFG. I liked everything. What I didn’t like was the wheel
What I liked:
Goals!
Spencer Martin 1st win. Solid performance.
JT miller hat trick and picking up the puck for Martin.
6 POINTS from the defense
Perfect special teams
Lotto line all cashed in
What I didnt like:
Myers crosschecking penalty was a bit undisciplined and unnecessary. Some messy turnovers by him and JD but its nitpicking.
One other thing:
Surprised were having success against Jets this season considering our history with them especially in Wpg
I obviously loved jt millers hatrick and spencer Martin keeps impressing me and petterson and boeser are starting to catch some fire and all around great game played by canucks hopefully more to come

Spencer Martin has been awesome!! He got the win tonight which is awesome but in my thinking he is the reason for the team getting a point in his two prior games!! He stopped 47 out 50 against the Oilers!!! That is incredible!!! He has been the first star in his first two games and second tonight!!
I think it he should get a chance too back up Demko and get some more games this season!! I don’t think that is unfair to Halak as he knows that is how things work and teams need to make decisions that are smart financially and smart for their future!! Makes sense to keep Martin up as Dems back up and make sure he gets some games for his development!

Milsy was a beast once again and the reason they won. Martin was good and lucky, fortunate that they didn't get a few more on him. He played well enough though and didn't shoot himself in the foot again like last game, congratulations to him on his first NHL win. I really liked how Boudreau put him back in again, he really has played well and deserved it. There wasn't a lot of thinking going on out there and so you seen a pretty good game. What i didn't like is their game without the puck and at times they were not supporting the puck and the breakouts ended in failure for lengthy stretches. Luckily they were lucky the Jets couldn't convert on the grade A chances they had. One other thing is, it saddens me to hear that Rutherford has confirmed my worst suspicions in that he plans on destroying this fantastic team put together by Jim Benning. Canuck fans enjoy the next stretches of games right into the trade deadline as this is the best team you are going to see for at least 10 years. They plan on blowing up a really good team that is not only good but very entertaining. Spencer Martin should be the backup but Jaro has a no move clause that he probably won't waive unless they don't play him. He will be more inspired to move so he can get his bonus's and a chance to win the cup elsewhere if they give the backup job to Martin. I really like Jaro, he is a real pro but clearly Martin has earned the backup job for next year and possibly for the rest of this year. Canucks have to play at about a .720 pace to make the playoffs and i am not sure they are quite that good, i like them at about a .680 wining percentage, definitely not if they don't have all their players in the lineup. Hope they prove me wrong and are better than i think. Great game tonight very entertaining.
Rooting for Martin to be the next Canucks' backup. He looks good in there. Great stick, calm and poise. Hope he keeps it up while Demko is out!
Missed the first, but the second on it seemed all Canucks. At one point in the Broadcast, I think it was Cheech said he thought Hughes was hurt. Took a good crosscheck to the back by Lowry. After that body check later on, I think Schenn said enough. Liberties. Hey what can you say about Spencer. Lookin like a keeper. To me he is super composed, athletic, handles the puck very well, has decent size and covers his angles. Has a similar style to Demko but has a different flair handling the puck that could be extremely important. Oh and stealing games is big as a goalie. Was a great team effort. Win or lose much of the time they still get beaten down by Winnipeg, but not this time. Their goalie is usually more stingy, we broke him. Miller is our best right now.

Martin is better than halak they should ship him off at the trade deadline. Demko going on protocol has given Martin this opportunity and he is showing JR and now Allvin that he is a very capable backup

Is Burroughs injured? I would imagine he's next man up. Rathbone is getting healthy, maybe he could step in with the Poolman injury
Mostly a dominating performance. No way should Miller be traded, if that's still under consideration. And Spencer Martin deserves a long look. He's played really well. Petey looks a lot more like his old self. Still a ways to go, but much better than a few weeks ago. Props to Boesser as well. Also like the way the D is playing. Luke Schenn was a smart signing. Myers is having a great season, and OEL plays like a cross between Edler and Tanev.
What I liked: Miller getting a hat trick and Martin getting his first nhl win!
What I didnt like: Some parts of the game, the canucks had trouble getting the puck out of the zone.
One other thing: Martin looking more and more like a candidate for backup next season.

Yeah, Dickinson has been a bit underwhelming the past couple of games or so, but I still believe in the player and that he has more to give. I love the way he skates, yeah, he can certainly work on his finishing, but for a guy who can act as sort of a safety net/insulator in the top 9, I really like him in that role, and it's not like he's on an outrageous contract or anything
Allvin! Make Martin the backup!
100% take martin and save the cap for next year, but that's just my opinion. I think halak would understand it. It's a business for the club and same goes for the players when they are signing their contracts…
