- speculation that JD could take a similar path to david poile, shifting from president role into senior advisory role
- anyone with fingerprints on babcock hire could have their job in limbo
- it would seem redundant for waddell to be both GM and president
- they expect another hire to be made
- a lot of current cbj staff members are still in the dark, including AGMs and lower level hockey ops staff
- no job elevation to GM expected for anyone such as nash, mcrae, flynn, which could indicate that there cbj could have something up their sleeve
