The Vancouver Canucks have been tied to Carolina Hurricanes Martin Necas in a potential NHL trade also involving Filip Hronek. Elias Pettersson would thrive with a guy like Necas on his wing, I think it would really benefit the Canucks, could we see this happen soon?

None of you guys understand money or people. There's no way in hell Myers takes 2 mil. He played close to 20 minutes per game this season and was a beast in the playoffs. He will get close to 3.5 mil per season, and he won't get that in Vancouver. Resign Blueger and Joshua and play them with Garland. That line was solid all year long. Blueger at 2 – 2.5 and Joshua at 3. Any more for Joshua, and you're forced to let him go. Trade Hronek to Carolina and get Necas at whatever cost. Him and Petey will haunt opponents for years to come. Dont pay anymore than 5 mil for Big Z and if he wants more, let him go. You cant just low ball everyone and expect rhem to sign. If they want to play here, they will take a discount. Allvin isnt a moron. He knows how to build a winner. Stop acting like youre better GM's than he is and let him do his job. If the canucks were run by arm chair GM's like you guys, wed be the laughing stock of the NHL.
Id do Hronek and Mikheyev for Neces and Kotkaniemi
Hell, throw Hronek + Myers at them for Neccas! We have some talented defencemen in the wings who are probably ready to get some NHL time to tweak their development. Bring those guys up to loosen the salary cap grip on the team.
In an even market sure Hronek vs Necas is fair. However, Hronek is a top-4 RHD. The Canucks are way worse if they swap him for Necas. Let's be real here.

Kotkeinemi was in the same draft as Hughes and Necas so he's still young and could grow if given a bigger role. Besides, I'd imagine it's part of the deal to get Necas because of his contract and the Canucks won't have much of a choice.

necas doesnt really play defense and apparently his ask is gonna be 6-7M. if thats true, i'd pass on him
What's with the Canucks and their fans wanting soft European players like this. Sure he can put up 50-70 points, but when he's not scoring. Can he hit and be physical? NOPE. Can he win faceoffs? NOPE. Can he kill penalties? NOPE. He does none of the things that help you win playoff hockey games.
Necas was absolute beast in world championship this year with a little of more ice-time he will be huge for any team in the league
Necas is defensively not good, Tocchet kept benching Kuzmenko for the same reason. Why have the same problem
We definitely do not want Nacas. His minutes were down and is back end play is terrible. Another Kuzy which becomes a project and distraction .
