Defense needs to play with more poise. Trouba, Miller and Schneider panic too much and commit too many turnovers. Mika and Panarin look like they are flat out choking the way they’ve been mishandling the puck and fanning on shots.
Coaching not to lose instead of coaching to win almost never works and it feels a lot like that’s what he’s doing! Hope I’m wrong, however fear of change never seems to work out well. 20 & 93 haven’t won anything together last time I checked so it’s difficult to understand how they get a free pass and don’t get demoted and/or broken up. How did he not experiment with them in the regular season? They appear to be set up to fail right now, hope I’m wrong
Win tonight or this season is over. Plain and simple. Rangers have been dominated on the ice. Igor has made the numbers look much better than the execution inside the rink.
Wheeler needs to be on the right side of the 1st line with Kreids and Mika. He's big and hits. Chytil, if he's healthy, on the 3rd line with Kakko and Wennberg. Cuylle to the fourth line with Goodrow and Remple. Roslovic to the pressbox, he bring nothing

First line has to find a way to score. Pk, before you try to clear the puck, and make a direct pass to the Panthers, LOOK. Stop panicking, their pressure, hasn't been that great where the puck needs to be blindly cleared. LGR
