HOW ABOUT JUSTIN WILLIAMS GM???
The thing is Tulsky isn't a hockey mind, he's a numbers guy who has found the niche in hockey and helped be part of the stat revolution we've seen in the sport. But doesn't that qualify him to be a hockey GM that needs to rub elbows with other GM's?
Stupid question… Is the gm or coaching staff part of the salary cap?
