things he had to do was like you know build himself back up and like as a man we put our worth into like titles so I’m a I’m a executive at soand so I have this title I’m a this title and that’s kind of how it was with me like the only thing that I was was this [ __ ] logo and I and I held on to it I mean there would be times two weeks out from a fight I would think about the fight and be up till 3:00 a.m. just thinking about like what can I do what can I do because it wasn’t the fight I didn’t want to lose I didn’t want to lose like any validation I had at being a man the only accomplishment I had I didn’t want to lose and then after my motorcycle last I’ve just really detached from Sean the UFC fighter to hey like I I’m happy Life’s good my value isn’t this [ __ ] three-letter [ __ ] acronym you know so yeah I’ve just yeah I’ve just really detached myself from the sport and it’s help I I just enjoy what I do now good to hear man I saw that you recently got a dog you’d been
