When people say that South Florida Sports fans are bad fans, South Florida Sports teams have had some bad management. That is why Marlins attendance will always be abysmal and why Panthers attendance was never anything to brag about. This is a community that needs to see that you are committed and not just to a short 1 year fluke run, but a sustained, long term commitment that a team is willing to do anything to win. We have seen that with the Heat, Dolphins attendance was always great until fans got tired of the mediocrity and are now coming back due to team success and now why we are seeing the Panthers fans come out in droves for this team.
People may not understand it, but we are not going to be other sports cities that give you are money because of past success. Commit to winning, sustained winning or close to it and we will come and see you play.
