The cup is nobody's yet. The Stars are still one of, or the best, overall team in the league, and Edmonton is looking like the team that won 17 in a row. I would be shocked if the Stanley Cup final goes less than 6. It will come down to how the refs call penalties and who has the best special teams. Also….whose goalie makes the most important stop in a one goal game that matters.
Oh man what a play off series. Ari fan, but can't decide which team to root for. Panthers should win because they lost last year against f… Vegas. Dallas should win too because Joe Pavelski should finally get the cup. Oilers should win because no Canadian team won since '93. Ahhhhh
Rangers are not elite. the only reason the won the Carolina series is good luck and good goaltending. Happy to see their luck finally ran out. Overrated team AF.

Panthers fan here.Tampa, Boston and Rangers were all great teams. We have good players but had luck too in all 3 series. Thankfully, we were fortunate to make it to the Stanley Cup Final. It wasn t easy but we re happy to try hard to win it. Hoping for the best.
Panthers are my 2nd fav team after the Leafs. Because, let's face it, any fan of the Leafs has to have a backup team to root for! 😉 The Leafs could learn a lot from them.
you have to hit and check these rangers. CAps fan here and the caps did nothing of the sort and were swept. The canes had a little more grit, but not enough. The panthers were in their face and it made the difference. I couldn't call this series, but i thought it would be close and it was. Its looking like Oilers are going to close out the Stars tonight, so i will say the panthers are going to be a handful for the Oilers lacking defense. Skinner is not on the level of Bobrovsky
Congratulations to Florida on winning their first Stanley cup. Neither of the teams in the west stand any chance. I almost hope it’s Edmonton so it’s a more crushing defeat for the pathetic Coilers fanbase. Hope Draisaitl leaves in free agency for nothing next year.
"You have to believe they are the favorite to win it all this year" sounds like it's coming from someone who is just a fan and hasn't paid much attention to what's going on outside their bubble. The Panthers are about to meet a train head on called the Edmonton Oilers, and it's a whole different reality of skill, maturity, seasoned leadership and focus that is about to hand you your asses.

Florida is playing with a chip on their shoulder from not winning it all last year. I don't think anyone in the west can stop them this time around.
Panthers are filled w players you hate on the Panthers, but who you'd take on your team in a second. Tkachuk being the embodiment of that.

I'm nhl fan in general and Florida was by far the most complete team I watched all season.
