In the 1st Period, John Tortorella voiced his displeasure on a Tripping Penalty handed out to defenseman Ronnie Attard. NHL Referee Wes McCauley heard enough for Torts and threw him out of the game about midway through the 1st Period. The guys are going to give their opinions and tell you if this was the right move by the NHL.
The Flyers will be hosting the Sharks at the Wells Fargo Center Tuesday Night. This will be the first game of Tortorella’s suspension. The game will be on the back end of the 3rd period as the guys jump on the air. The Sharks took the first game of the season series by a score of 2-1.
