How can I tune in if he is bashing us for cheering for British Columbias team…We play hockey here too..Has he heard of the Kariya brothers…Neidermeir bros…Sissons..Joe Sakic…Carey Price…Cliff Ronning. Barzal…and many more.. In fact. Kane…Stecher..Nuge are from BC and play for the oil..Ken the manager is from Vernon. I live in Kelowna now.. Its bonkers how I get bashed for wearing a Canucks hat by oil fans that live in BC…If they hate BC so much why would they live here…There in the finals…so why bash us know? As an Oiler fan living in BC, I know one thing for sure – the vast majority of Canuck fans are NOT hockey fans – they are just Canuck fans. The same can be said of Flame fans. If the Canucks or Flames are out of the playoffs, then those fans stop watching the playoffs! Yes, I hate the Flames, but if the Flames are the only Canadian Team left in the playoffs then I will support and cheer for them. I was living in AB at the time that the Flames won the Stanley Cup and I was cheering for them very vocally. This year, as the Oilers took out the Canucks, all Canuck fans have become Oilers haters! This is the reason why I have less respect for Canuck fans. Hopefully, in the next 5 years, when the Canucks get to the Final or win a Stanley Cup, then they may become more humble. I can't say I watch your show as much as I should, but the times that I do, I have NEVER heard either one of you actually supporting the Oilers. So, as the saying goes…. people in glass houses……should not throw stones at Luke Gazdic!

When Wayne Gretzky is asked about how he feels when someone is about to break his record, his answer is that records are made to be broken, and he will be delighted to watch it. When the Canucks Coach was asked about how he would feel if the Canucks broke the NHL winning streak record, his response was that he hoped the Oilers wouldn't break it! I guess that shows the difference in class, doesn't it?

Don’t watch it for the team, watch it for the sport and the incredible things they do. Oilers are in the Stanley cup race now, they beat the Canucks, does this mean we hate on Edmonton, no we watch their games like any fan of the sport would and just to see what McDavid is going to pull off, is it going to be 45 assists in the series (I’m exaggerating here), or is it going to be the 4 game winning goals they need. Just enjoy the sport.
Bit of a double standard for people to be mad about this but not upset when Bieksa is clearly biased for the Canucks and against Edmonton (remember he just called Edmonton media “meat—raw, dead, and dumb”). It’s all a bit of fun, there are way more important things to be bothered by.

Gadzic's biggest sin is he is dull, not that he is biased. Bieksa is the gold standard and he is the lead standard.
