  1. He’s clearly part of the issue. If he doesn’t get fired then something needs done with management. Plain and simple gotta get young blood in there players and coaches. I get loyalty but it’s about winning. Winning brings money not loyalty

  2. If #dumbassdubas would fire him and bring in a guy like Gerard Gallant it would be a massive upgrade in coaching along with that kind of coach who likes tough, physical and big sized guys playing all up and down the line-up who can not only hit, but can fight when needed and score goals. I am so f*****g sick of Sully being a p***y and not having toughness in the line-up. Sully is the problem, #dumbassdubas is making it worse and FSG is so f*****g stupid when it comes to running this team other than into the ground. Maybe when Sid retires he along with Mario and Ron can buy the team back and make it what it once was but until then, this next three to five years are going to be extremely tough to watch as the stars will fade and there is truly no focus or leadership in place that can change things.

  3. It could be like Sheldon Keefe.
Didn’t make the second round and was fired the first year of a three year contract.

The Devils sign him for four years thus making the contract with the Leafs null and void and the Leafs owe him nothing.

I don’t think Sully would be on the market for to long (unless he wanted to take a couple of years off)…and thus the Pens would not be on the hook if another team were to immediately sign him.
