I think they will go without a formal GM and have Tulsky simply be a “point person” and it will be a shared responsibility with whoever is currently in the front office + RBA + Tom Dundon.

I really wonder if Justin Williams will be considered or consider the position. I think he has a good relationship with TD and is well respected in hockey community and is DW “esque” well spoken, funny and has been learning GM front facing things from DW these past 2 yrs, JW has a say but is ok with being on a committee for final decisions 🤔
