Whoever wins in the Tkachuk – Draisaitl matchup wins the series. McDavid is likely to be negated by Barkov, and I expect the depth players on both teams to chip in a couple goals so that's a wash.
I also expect Edmonton to continue to sit on small leads when they get them rather than pouring it on, as the one blowout against LA lead to LA trying to injure players for 30 minutes largely unpenalized. Keep them close and thinking they can win, and they stick to playing hockey. Florida's such a good team that Edmonton will likely lose at least one game to doing that.
The cup is coming back to Canada when tkachuk raises it in game 4. 🇺🇸
