I think DuClaire has good reason to stay, he also has his ties in S. Florida trying to get his charity going with under privilege kids. He'd be close by. Maybe he would buy into team friendly deal as well.
Duke would definitely help take the pressure off of the core and the stars we relied on all year for scoring. Kuch point and stammer will have some help but duclair needs to help in the post season
I know people want to see all these players signed. How many teams are trading right now. I think you will see more after the cup is over. Then a lot the week of the draft and draft day. Right now GM’s feeling each other out. I agree with you would like to have him back but also he disappeared two games before the playoffs and the playoff. Also for a young guy he does get bounced around a lot. He would be a very good addition. As far as Sherry if you have to get rid of him for nothing do it. The cap space is your is your biggest commodity right now. Trade Cernak too. Would like to see you do a segment on what coaching has to do to wake this team up. Exit interviews plays saying we need to come out harder and ready to play. You won 2 cups you know what it takes.
I really think the front office is being quiet because they're just trying to make moves to create cap space for Stamkos and Duclair, just in my opinion if i was Tampas front office and lets say youre right on the AAV for Duclair being 4.5 million id sign him right now just get that off the board then you start making moves like Cernak and Sheary etc, and when it comes to Stamkos im of the belief that both parties should give a lil bit to get this deal done, Stamkos is gonna have to give the Lightning front office time to make moves and clear cap space and the Lightning should make sure Stamkos is taken care his last couple years in the league hes the best player in franchise history and deserves it
