I feel like Markstrom is so angry that he refuses any deal but NJ. NJ is the only place that we know Markstrom would agree to go to. I doubt he wants to reunite with Green since that didn't go to well the first time. So, I think they are out of consideration.
Fitz is prob going to send Calgary our 10th for Markstrom. And they'll pick Iginla and Dickinson/Yakemchuk.
How about Markstrom for 10th OA with 50% retention. Then trade Bratt and Mercer for Brady Tkachuk. And then get Jake Guentzel on free agency. Add Zadorov and one of Carolina's D-Core,
I'd like to see them try and make a deal with Vegas who are right up against the cap. Vegas could use the 1st rd pick and some prospects since they are weak in that department. Something like

I’ve come around on Markstrom and no way he commands the 10OA. There is no long-term option that’s viable right now, so get him here and beef up the D to help the goaltending.
