Yeesh. Dont see how that’s a five minute call. I think if Luostarinen popped up it would be a 2 minute penalty at most.

I think this was correctly assessed. Foegele intentionally sticks his knee out to strike luos’ knee. It wasn’t a minor kneeing.
It was not a hockey play and may have resulted in significant injury. As much as I dislike the Panthers, 5 minutes and the game was the right call.

At this point I’d be embarassed to be a fan of either one of those teams.
The Oilers are playing every bit as dirty as Florida is, even if in this one instance it’s closer to Luostarinen taking a dive to bait the major than being truly worth said major.
