More and more fights are getting stopped while standing. Not good. It used to only be once in a great while. Now we “save” the fighter when yes they are being overwhelmed a bit but are throwing back or loading up.

Jed just said bad reffing is ok for prelim fighters but not main event?! I see Casey isn’t the only person who shouldn’t be featured on this channel. Actively run away when they are on the air

They stopped it early because it wasn't ppv and it was about to be 11pm when the event was scheduled to be over. Tuf just so happened to be the next scheduled program. Seems fish to me. They must have told the ref to find any reason to end the fight

Not the worse card of all time, but this may be the start of the fans falling off of fight night cards. Just feels like a job trying to watch these cards with so many fights that mean nothing.
It's rare that a fight gets stopped like that, but if it was a boxing fight, it could easily get stopped the way he kept turning his back and getting hit repeatedly without returning fire. That said, he was likely recovering, and most mma fights go well beyond that point.
Saying there were worse stoppages in history doesn’t make it any better. The main card was pretty fun and is understandably overshadowed by the abomination of a stoppage. And Reyes didn’t get a bonus are you kidding me?? 🤦🏻‍♂️
If imavov wouldnt have immediately poked jared in the eyes n then make a point to keep doing it fight would have gone dif i feel like jared was grappling to keep from getting eye gouged

So Jason refed my only 2 mma fights first one was a early stoppage just like that one we talked after and it was cool my next fight I told him don’t stop it unless I’m dead we laughed about it
I don’t know how these guys don’t think this was a terrible stoppage. Jared never fell and hit back and got his legs back before Jason stopped it. Wtf.
