Florian Xhekaj signed his 3 year ELC with the Habs and could be in Laval though if things don’t go well they can always look to loan him back to the OHL as an overager. Going to be a ton of fun for Hab fans to see the brothers at camp and in preseason action hopefully.

Man, I really hope he can be NHL calibre. A big, mean, defensive bottom 6 role player who doesn’t have stone hands. That would be sweet. People think you can just easily fill out a bottom 6 through waivers/AHL/whatever, but it’s equally important to develop those players as it is top 6 guys.
