You cant blame josh Jacobs for wanting to win he's right about losing…when you think raiders you don't think fear respect and commitment to excellence we only think mediocre and you all think because AP says all these positive things which so far the off season he has not done like get a real qb not a band aid you guys are depending on the defense to basically win most games not gonna happen theirs gonna be more games like losing to the Vikings and colts..and you will see.. the raiders could of easily made a trade with the titans to draft penixs but the crappy gm told vic tafur he didn't even try hard…the raiders have been losing for years because they use feelings over winning like o connell like they did with carr 9 years every new coach drafts their own QB the raiders are the only team that throws the next qb in and says thats our qb…imagine what this team would look like if they gave a shit about a top qb talent just wasting away the organization till the rest falls apart and the chasing of positions will continue…when you get the qb it helps your offensive line it helps your wrs it helps the running game it helps your defense it helps your coaches it helps your gm and owner then you don't have to worry so much about injuries or a bad play call penalties because you know you can count on your qb to win the game we are still just as unsure of the offense as we have been for 21 years nothing change just probably got worse this organization is like a dog chasing its tail fix one position them 2 more are not sure of…raider fans are the only people in all of the NFL that think we have a good team and that there is why the raiders always lose we have backups as our starters and o connell isn't playing against backups this year he's playing real qbs and if he cant beat at least burrow or Lamar in that division then what good is he.

I said the same thing about Josh Jacob's long before this happened.
We have to be real about this, I’ve been a Raider fan since the early 70’s. The only highlight reels that I can remember come from the teams of the 70s and early 80s. We have been a dysfunctional franchise for a long time and I can see the frustration that he had with this team. The man is still young just like a lot of people that’s making comments about him. I think he’s upset because he can finally see this team going in a positive direction and deep down he wants to be a part of it. Just like an old Ex that knows she / he let a good person go. I wish him the best. Real Raiders fans let’s show some class and respect because this franchise hasn’t been or given us what we deserve in a fan base for a long time. Raider Nation!!!!!
Idk how many slow raider fans there are but Josh Jacobs WAS OUR WHOLE OFFENSE, he deserved to be paid like the best player on the team regardless of his position. I live near Seattle. I remember when a Seahawks lineman was up for contract. The RB, Alexander, told him to go for the money. Hutchinson went to another team and the Seahawks near-dynasty came to an end.
Brady took cuts his entire career, and they did well, correct. I would ask Jacobs to take a pay cut after he was on decline in year 7 or 8. Bad point for him to take a cut. He deserves the pay, and I disagree with the current RB market.
