For once I understand what Ray Ferraro was saying. The only possible challenge was a missed play stoppage if they deemed Goodrow had played the puck with a high stick. It wasn’t called on the ice obviously but Toronto can’t review unless the high stick or missed play stoppage occurs in the offensive zone. Since it was the neutral zone no review allowed. Good goal baby!
