  1. You’re telling me Jim Rutherford or Brian Burke weren’t at the forefront of changing technology?

Not surprised, everyone remember in 2015 when we could only dress 5 defenders for the last bit of the season because Rutherford put us over the cap without realizing it.

They did have an internal one that Botteril and Rutherford used.

I’ll give you one guess as to who trashed it. Hint: he also was so bad at managing the cap that he would send players between the NHL and AHL multiple times in the same day and also caused us to have to play short a skater at least twice.

“Friedman names teams that have something when CapFriendly goes offline (32TP): Seattle, New Jersey, Carolina, Chicago, Islanders, Toronto, Columbus. Pittsburgh didn’t have anything before, but once Dubas got there they started building something.”

Good on Dubas for getting the ball rolling

You mean kinda like the other 25 teams that don’t? Let’s not act like this is outlandish

  6. Euphoric__Dot

The NHL should run their own site for everyone to use

Just pay some kid from Bulgaria like $35 on Fiverr

Fake news? Dubas literally talking about cap with a reporter saying they have their own system methods to be under cap. Dubas has a system that isn’t capfriendly.
