Rose definitely
Rose.
I think DRose was higher, but Bryant's was more of a shock from where he was.
DRose had a much higher peak than Kris Bryant. The saddest part is that we never got to see a prime DRose. DRose became the youngest NBA MVP ever, won it at as 22yr old in the middle of a top 2 player of all times peak, and he led the bulls to a #1 seed 2yrs in a row. DRose was easily the best bulls player post MJ and he could’ve been in the discussion for all time great PGs. Now it’s sadly a debate of whether or not he’ll make the HOF.
However, while I would argue DRose had the much higher peak than KB, KBs downfall is worse. I believe KBs is worse because he barely plays and when he does he’s not good anymore. KB went from being a NL MVP to an absolute BUM! Whereas DRose is still a quality role player in the NBA. KB is just BAD at baseball now. The strangest thing is unlike DRose there really is no cause for KBs downfall. He’s just bad when he does play and he’s injury prone.
D rose quit on the Bulls multiple times. I could care less about him. Bryants story was sad in my eyes. He never quit, he was great ball player and never seemed to recover from that hit in the head he took. He goes about his business and doesn’t cause any problems like Rose and his entourage did. Rose was great but Bryant actually won something. Actually broke the biggest Curse in modern sports history and did it with a smile on his face as he was slipping throwing the ball to Rizzo.
