New York Rangers have three restricted free agents that will need new contract this offseason including Ryan Lindgren, Braden Schneider, and Kappo Kakko. Some of them could possibly get re-signed or potentially traded at some point.

Schneider NEEDS to be a priority. I'm on the fence about Kakko and Lindgren. I definitely would not go long term with Lindgren. His body will not hold up for many more years. He's constantly getting rocked. It might be wise to flip him for assets while he's still relatively healthy.

i do hope they lock up schneider for a good bit. he has so much potential and can be a key piece for this team for years to come. lindgren i also really like because he is a solid backstop for fox to go make a play, and is easily one of the toughest mfers on the ice. of course that leads to concerns with longevity, but having a few back to back 3-4 year deals would be ideal.
as for kakko, i think his time with the team is over. the 2 year deal he was on was a 'prove it' deal. in my opinion, he did not prove himself enough, despite the opportunities given to him. i truly wish him the best elsewhere, but it would not benefit the team to allocate cap space towards him.
Let’s not make excuses lindgren isn’t and shouldn’t be playing on top pair with fox it’s a joke sign Schneider he’s the most important guy this offseason and trade kakko and id honestly rather trade lindgren some idiot GM will give up pieces for his rights and lindgren doesn’t deserve a raise at all he’s not even a true top 4 d man he’s a 3rd pair guy
Lindgren also isn’t a great complimentary piece to Fox I think Fox is held back by lindgren cuz he’s incapable of moving the puck well and is a black hole offensively lindgren is very replaceable and ranger fans give him way too much credit and put way to much value on him he’s very replaceable and for less money and he’s undersized and gets hurt way too often he is a solid 3rd pair LD and PK guy in a perfect fitting role
I'll be disappointed if the Rangers don't trade Kakko. I've never been a fan was quite disappointed when they drafted him so high. He's overrated IMO.
Time for the Rangers to part ways with some of these Star players who dissapear in the playoffs. Need some players who can score and play tough.
Lindgren at 5.5-6 per or would try to sign Zadarov for for the same money, whike were at cut Trouba and sign Tyler Myers, both are around 6'4 220.and wont have to move assets at all
