Laughton is not a leader and honestly I would never look at him as a leader, neither is farabee.. I love couts, but all 3 of these players need to go..especially laughton

Well, they should.
It´s time that the Flyers brass and a portion of the fanbase stop falling in love with average talent just because they are a good guy in the locker room and brings grit. Laughton should have been traded at peak value last offseason and there was no reason to extend Seeler for four years and $2.7M AAV. Finding guys that brings about the same to the table as those is super easy and would be at a lesser cost as well.
They should worry more about finding actual talent that can help you win the cup and not put so much emphasis on leadership and culture. This is doing my head in hearing all the talk about that. Just find us talent…
They need to deal everyone who is overrated, expensive, and doesn't play hockey that translates to the playoffs: trade Konecny and Laughton. We need more & better picks.
