Well, you have to consider the Avs' GM is a moron. Sure, he got Landeskog. But he's paying Varlamov about as much as Carey Price (after trading him for an unused pick plus one that became Filip Forsberg), traded Stewart and Shattenkirk (plus a pick that became Ty Rattie) for Jay McClement and Erik Johnson (plus a pick that became Duncan Siemens), traded Craig Anderson for the awful Elliott, and let Joel Quenneville walk as coach.
Wow , was Radar 11 when this goal was scored? He looks so young. Still remember this game and how awesome it was. It's too bad things didn't work out in Denver for him. He was , and is still one of my favorite players .
