  1. With Lindstrom, lumbar spine disc herniations are one of the MOST common overall concerns in healthcare. Not too concerned about this if it is mild. Medium at this age is a concern, but he could not perform well consistantly at his current level. Severe, he could not perform much at his current level. He is perrforming well. I am not too concerned overall due to this. I have not seen medical reports though. Yes I have a medical background.

  2. I had 2 herniated in my lower back. Time off work and hockey helped then heal and they are fine now. This is craziness! One day we are on the Lindstrom train then the next it’s Demidov! Then fall off Demidov train after hearing he’s not going to be a playoff performer and back on Lindstrom train! Now we people are back on Demidov !! Like if all teams ahead pass on Lindstrom we will lose Demidov! It’s looking like a dman again which sucks!

  3. We must also remember that a certain player named Jack Eichel had a disc replacement in his neck and look at him now? You’d never know it!

  4. You know who’s a scoring winger? Hint: he’s Finnish and already under contract with the Habs. Yes, I’m referring to Armia, specifically the Armia who suited up in the 2nd half of last season. Remember how good he was then? Why couldn’t he pick up where he left off and bag 30 goals next year?

  5. Remember all the fuss about Reinbacher’s knees? He was diagnosed with a condition called Osgood-Schlatter’s disease and everybody freaked out. Turns out it there was no reason for concern. Same could be true of Lindstrom’s back issues. Like Josh said, we gotta trust that the Habs’ medical staff know what’s up and that they provide the right guidance to the hockey ops guys who ultimately make the call on who to draft.

  6. Moving Jake Evans is an option as well. I would rather see Devo move first though. Musical chairs have to kick in sooner or later, with Oliver Kapanen strutting his stuff in Sweden

  7. Savard is the Dad in the locker room.
Trade Matheson for Necas or another top 6 forward

RD not ready to depart from a solid top 4 D

LD has Ghule / Strubble / Wifi / Hutson / Trudeau / Harris

DVO needs to go before trade deadline find the best return and sell while you can

Anderson better step up this year or else Habs could go from getting a first in return to having to add a sweetener to trade him

Armia would be a good flip at trade deadline too if healthy and playing ok.

I’d like to see Habs target Joshua in free agency, size speed, physicality, he is basically Anderson and Armia put together but can hit, fight and score. Good middle 6 forward, PK and maybe PP2 net front

Draft Iginla / Sennecke or best player available Lindstrom could be one big hit away from a short career.

  8. The value you get in a Dvorak trade is no longer having him take up a roster spot/cap space.

  9. I disagree we have no certainty that this information was available to the teams before now. Unless it was already known by the teams this tells me that there is a fair chance that his current ranking is overstated.

  10. Iginla sores back to the top for me now. Go Get iggy with it 😎👍🏼. HABS need a playoff performer T. IGINLA FITS THE BILL.

  11. Been saying since it was known…disc issues in an 18 year old = no go. thats a life long problem…speaking from experience

  12. No wonder why you’re king Trudeau has been there forever because you guys are the most gullible people in the world and we believe just about anything.😂

  13. I hope he drops to #12 bc that would be great value for the Flyers to take a chance on Lindstrom, a big playmaking centerman they desperately need!!!
