In Finnish Liiga that would be illegal hit because Trouba's skates doesn't stay on the ice. It's thought as a jump.
Even though it's a clean hit, there are handful guys in this league that don't care one bit about putting the puck in the net or defending, as long as they can paralyze someone… Trouba is one of those guys… BTW, I'm an Oiler fan, can't stand the Flames. Can't wait till he's out of the league.
