  1. Yes but speaking as a Dub, there are too many Kerry legends, to be honest – even one would be too many.

  2. Being an Offaly man its hard to see anything a Kerryman does with awe, but if I could this score would be up there with the best of them!

  3. I watched the 97 final as a Mayo supporter and he destroyed us – fair play. When he kicked a point direct from sideline with left foot I knew the game was up – hard as it is to admit it I had seen the best GAA player in past 20 years.

  4. fair play nice to see people repect football talent no matter what county they play for. all the ulster boys just seem to comment on every Kerry video with insults

  5. Wow had to do a serious bit of housekeeping to the comments there, lets keep it on topic. Discuss the legend that is Maurice Fitz

  6. remember been there and my heart sinking as it went over.what a player.what went on between him and o se.

  7. Why are the kerry mountain men so consistent , why do we win and you dont, before you slag off kerry… ask what your county is doing wrong. You may also ask kilkenny the same hulers. You all blood and bone.. dont be mad enjoy us. We better than you and have proved it for a 100 years

  8. does anyone else notice his foot crosses over the side line?? im not sure if the rule was in at this time but i think its fairly clear! Not to take anything away from the kick it was unbelievable!

  9. This point is pure magic, I think Maurice Fizgerald kicked it on pure instinct, he just knew it was going over. A great point from a great player.
